“ First time visiting the restaurant/lounge located at the Bethesda Marriott. I agree with the other reviewers, the decor was beautiful & modern, clean, with a casual atmosphere. Our waiter, Leah, was very kind & knowledgeable of the menu and recommended a few dishes. Drinks: Raised by Rum and Bee Right - both very flavorful 10/10. For starters: Crab soup - full of lump crab, a must have! 10/10. Entrees: Cobb Salad w/ Salmon- the salmon was blackened and seasoned to perfection, 10/10. The Chicken and waffles- seasoned to perfection and paired well with the waffles, 10/10. Desert: Banana Bread Pudding- paired perfectly with the marshmallow ice cream 10/10. The food was so amazing that we requested to speak to the chef. Chef Swank took the time to greet our table, we were delighted ! Swank was extremely hospitable and recommended the corn fritters for our next visit since they were not listed on the brunch menu. We asked if we could try them anyways and he was happy to accommodate us ! The corn fritters were filled with lump crab meat and flavor, 10/10. In total for two people we spent approximately 150 which I felt was a fair amount for the quality service and food we received. Overall... the service was excellent and the food quality is top-notch. Truly a satisfying experience! ”

“ Brayden a server in the lobby bar area was articulate in how he described ingredients and flavors. He was passionate about food. He was attentive to my dietary allergen. He took care to coordinate with kitchen to make sure my requested dish was properly handled. He really is an asset to Seventh State restaurant and to Marriott, the location of this restaurant. ”

“ I’ve been coming to this restaurant since 2024 . I’ve lived in around this area my whole life. This place was recently just built and I must say it is the absolute beautiful hotel Marriott I’ve seen. Their food is outstanding. I’ve been here for brunch with one of my best friends and her family. They have an excellent brunch selection and I’ve also been here for dinner which is also very good. Including their drinks . They also have a rooftop bar area, which is outstanding as well. I went up there for the new year eve and it was very beautiful. Definitely will be a regular customer here. ”

“ Actually made reservations and was running late and they were quite accommodating. My friend actually wanted to eat at the Bar so we ended up letting them know we wanted to eat at the bar and again they were very understanding. We enjoyed eating off their happy hour menu and I had the classic margarita and the crispy chicken thighs I can complain. The food had generous portions and the margarita was solid. Would recommend this place. ”

“ Great vibe. I sat at the bar and had great service from the very attentive bartenders. The drinks were not only outstanding, they were gorgeous! I planned to just stop by for a drink, but ended up trying a few bites from the menu, including the feta dip with old bay chips and kale Caesar salad. Everything was delish! I parked at the lot across the street, I believe parking was less than 2/hr. I'm not in Bethesda often, but I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area. ”

“ I had a great dining experience here. We had a drink at the bar then went to the dining room for an early dinner. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were creative and well-made. The bartenders were very friendly and personable, fun to chat with, and incredible at their craft and the wait staff was professional and attentive. It is a bit on the pricier side. The menu was well thought out and our meals had incredible flavor. Parking was a bit unclear, and we ended up using the valet service, which, unfortunately, was not complimentary, even with our meal. Despite the parking situation, which honestly is the case for most restaurants in the area, I'd highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or a treat. ”

“ My office came here for lunch and they accommodated us so quickly. The food was out of this world actually. The chef is amazing you can tell. The service was amazing as well as the drinks. It was so great we decided to stay a little longer for happy hour. Would definitely go back ”
